Hien (Sunny) Nguyen, Berkeley Haas ’18 Hien (Sunny) is from Hanoi, Vietnam. She worked in Nestle as Brand Manager for 5 years prior to Haas. She has deep passion about tech and innovation. She spent her summer internship at a robotics startup in the Bay Area. In her transition into technology, she focuses on artificial intelligence and interaction between human and machine. She loves connecting like-minded people to fulfill her mission to become a high impactful leader. She is currently Co-president of Southeast Asia MBA Association - US Chapter.
Nicholas Sinthunont GSB '18
Nick is a native to both Thailand and the United Kingdom but spent his entire childhood growing up in Bangkok. After graduating from university in London, he pursued a career within aerospace and strategy consulting before moving to the US to attend business school at Stanford. Between his first and second year at the GSB, he interned in Zilingo, a series B eCommerce start-up that is present in Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia. After graduating, he hopes to dive head first into the world of entrepreneurship.
Yen Tan, GSB '18
Prior to the GSB, Yen was a venture capital investment professional with Softbank, launching two of their funds in Southeast Asia before being a part of the late-stage global investment outfit based in the Bay Area. Over the summer he worked with software startup Streak in SF, establishing their marketing team, and with Grab in Singapore, building out business plans for GrabEat. He is transitioning to operational roles in technology, and is excited about innovation and the power of technology.
Natalie Do, GSB '18
Natalie grew up in Hanoi, Vietnam. She spent 4 years before the GSB leading portfolio research for Ulland Investment Advisors, a boutique investment firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She interned at an early stage London-based fintech startup as product manager over the past summer, and spent a month at Technisys, a Brazillian startup, researching digitization of banking in Latin America. Natalie is moving back to Southeast Asia after graduation, and hopes to continue building skills in product management and marketing.
Michael Yang, GSB '18 Michael is a 2nd-year MBA at Stanford GSB where he is Co-President of the Asia Business Students Association. Prior to business school he worked on projects across the US, China, and Southeast Asia as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and an investor at Tiger Management. Michael spent his summer at CapitalG, Alphabet's growth equity fund. After graduation he will be joining the Investment Group of Santa Barbara (IGSB), a family office focused on permanent capital investments in public and private software companies, as a Principal on the investment team.
Minh Vu USF Masagung '19
Minh was born and spent most of his life in Hanoi, Vietnam. He studied in Singapore for two years before moving to the U.S for his undergraduate degree in Finance from Cal State Long Beach. He started his career working in commercial real estate and logistics industry prior to his MBA. He is transitioning into financial services, and is excited about how technology innovation is transforming the industry in the near future.

Anh Le, Kellogg’15, Vietnam - Founder Anh Le is from Hanoi, Vietnam. He is currently a Strategy and M&A professional at Cargill in Singapore, a US-based agriculture and food ingredients company. Prior to Cargill, Anh was an investment banker at Credit Suisse and Jefferies covering technology, media and telecom companies in the United States. Anh is a passionate supporter of Manchester United and enjoys playing many different sports. He hopes to build SEA MBA into an organization that connects people and empowers them in their careers and lives. Anh received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor degree from Dartmouth College.

Ayu Kartika Dewi, Duke Fuqua’15, Indonesia - Connection Team Indonesia Ayu holds an MBA from Fuqua - Duke University, with Fulbright and Keller Scholarship. She was the Co-President of Improv Club and loves playing improv games, on and off stage. She spent 5 years working in Procter & Gamble, became primary school teacher in Teach for Indonesia (Indonesia Mengajar), worked at President’s Delivery Unit (UKP4), spent one summer working as consultant in McKinsey & Company, and now is the Head of Urban Planning staff team in the Governor of Jakarta's office. She is an avid scuba diver, enjoys traveling and playing violin, piano, and guitar, and recently picked up Krav Maga and Iyengar Yoga. Ayu is the co-founder of SabangMerauke, a non-for-profit organization that aims to make Indonesia a more peaceful place. Among several other activities, SabangMerauke runs intra-nation student exchange programme where students will live with host families who are of different race/religion. By the end of this programme, these students will return to their hometown and be peace ambassadors in their circle.
Since 2012, SabangMerauke has involved more than 500 volunteers, 55 students and 55 host families, and been covered by multiple national and international media such as The Strait Times, Al Jazeera, and CNN Indonesia.
Randomlert “Mek” Anantachina, Duke Fuqua’16, Thailand - Connection Team Thailand
Radomlert “Mek” Anantachina is from Bangkok, Thailand. He is working as a project finance advisor at Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), one of the leading banks in Thailand. Prior to SCB, he was an investment banker for 4 years at SCB and Thanachart Securities covering IPO and M&A services. Mek is very passionate about golf, playing and practicing almost 4 times per week. He also loves to chitchat with other people. That’s why he signed up for the Connection Team of SEA MBA. Mek received an MBA from Duke University and a BBA from Thammasat University, one of the top universities in Thailand.
Stephanie Sison, Wharton’17, Philippines - Connection Team Philippines Prior to Wharton, Steph worked in private equity with Navegar Fund and VMG Partners, firms based in Manila and SF, respectively. Last summer, she worked on a public sector engagement with McKinsey & Co. in Kuala Lumpur. She is primarily interested in affordable housing, health care and education. Steph earned her undergraduate degree from University of California, Berkeley.
Carol Gao, Wharton’15, Singapore - Career Team
Carol Gao is currently a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Singapore and travels extensively in Southeast Asia. Born and raised in Shanghai, she has also spent substantial time working in Greater China. In Bain, she focuses on Financial Services sector, serving commercial bank and insurance clients. Carol is an avid painter, dabbling with different medium from oil, to water color and acrylic. She envisions the SEA MBA to be a platform for young professionals to continue fostering and building lasting friendships well beyond their business school years. Carol received an MBA from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and bachelor degree from National University of Singapore.
Nacitta Kanyandara, Wharton’17, Indonesia - President (Southeast Asia Chapter) Nacitta Kanyandara was born and spent most of her life in Indonesia. She spent five years in McKinsey & Company in their Southeast Asia and Amsterdam offices, focusing on supporting Retail and CPG clients. She also spent time at Nike, Inc. in their North America Retail Strategy team and NoMo, Inc. in their Product team. Nacitta holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Indonesia and is currently pursuing her MBA at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Ei Phyo Han, Harvard Business School’15, Myanmar - Connection Team Myanmar
Ei Phyo is from Myanmar. She is currently GM at Peace Myanmar Group (PMG) Co, Ltd., which manufactures and distributes bottled water and spirits such as whisky, rum and gin. Prior to this, she worked in New York at Integrative Nutrition, the world's largest nutrition school. She holds a BA in Economics and Environmental Studies from Oberlin College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Ei Phyo hopes to make a positive impact on the Myanmar community through work and charitable activities. She is into travel, holistic wellness and fashion.
Jane Soetiono, Yale’16, Indonesia & Singapore - Connection Team Singapore Jane Soetiono is from Jakarta, Indonesia and Singapore. She is currently a senior Strategy & Insights analyst at Google Singapore. Prior to Google, Jane was a consultant at Accenture, specializing in advertising and media in Southeast Asia. Jane enjoys learning new skills, hiking, and exploring new places. Jane received an MBA from Yale School of Management, where she co-founded and co-led the school's Southeast Asia Club, and bachelor degrees from National University of Singapore and University of Western Australia.

Dessy Kadriyani, Wharton’17, Indonesia - Connection Team US (West Coast)
Dessy Kadriyani is from Jakarta, Indonesia. She will be joining Amazon as Product Manager in Seattle post-MBA. Prior to that, she was management consultant with A.T. Kearney SEA and co-founded second-hand marketplace Prelo in Indonesia. She is an avid traveler, having been to all seven continents and is looking forward to go to space (where she hoped that no visa will be needed). Dessy received an MBA from Wharton School and Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering from National University of Singapore.
Mario Limantara, Duke Fuqua’18, Indonesia Knowledge Team
Mario Limantara is from Jakarta, Indonesia. He is currently a first year MBA student in Duke University – Fuqua School of Business. Prior to Fuqua, Mario was a consumer and retail banker at Bank Mandiri, Indonesia, covering corporate strategy and internal consulting roles. Mario is a 20 years fan of Juventus FC and enjoy various outdoor activities. He hopes to enable greater information exchange within SEA MBA networks and catalyze Indonesia’s small business growth. Mario received his bachelor degree from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, majoring Computer Science.
Jon Yeow, Wharton’15, Malaysia - Career Team
Jon Yeow is from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is currently working with Stripe in Singapore, growing the APAC business. Prior to Stripe, Jon was building a services marketplace, ServisHero, across Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand. In another life, he was portfolio trading at BlackRock in London. Jon enjoys reading and watching TV in his down time. He also tries to stay in shape with CrossFit and other sports. He hopes to leverage our network to help SEA MBAs efficiently find job opportunities and quality hires across the region. Jon read Engineering Science at Oxford as an undergraduate, and received an MBA from Wharton in 2015.
Meili Lovanich, HBS’16, Thailand - Career Team Aroonrawee (Meili) Lovanich is from Bangkok, Thailand. Meili currently works in the venture capital arm of PTT Public Company Limited, Thailand's largest conglomerate. She is primarily interested in the transformation of city infrastructure and transportation and social psychology. Meili’s prior work experience includes business development at PTT, project finance at SunEdison in Singapore, and management consulting at Accenture in Bangkok. Meili received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2016 and a BBA in Finance from Assumption University. She enjoys exploring local coffee shops and reading books about human behaviors.
